My name is Sophia, and I am a technology and music enthusiast located in Charlottesville, VA.
Currently, I provide user support and documentation improvements at Overleaf. Previously, I contributed to product leadership at WillowTree, wrote user documentation at ScienceLogic, and wrote white papers and proposals at ORock Technologies. In addition, I volunteer as a mentor at C4K and as a webmaster at the Center for Online Safety and Liberty.
